Today its all bout catching up and sharing with you a fun layout, that I have just recently completed for the latest cyber crop of Scrapbooking Top 50, it was all mood boards this time and I have to say I didnt think that I was going to make the deadlines , but I am very happy I did.

The first mood board was all about taking a trip to the snow, initially I wasn't too sure what I was going to do, I loved the colours for the board so I used that as my start point and this was one of those layouts that evolved on its own without any preconception of that the finished product would look like. As soon as the background was complete I knew what this layout had to be for.

My daughter to say the lease is a little obsessed with the movie Frozen I am going to have to document it, so I now have a layout that will be going in to her room.

Dylusions, AC cardstock, Kasiercraft template,
texture paste, Utee, Drew drops, Heidi Swapp Believe Ephemera and Ghost letters.

Scrap Around the World May Reveal

Wow, this month has been going way to fast an I cant believe how quick life goes. This months Scrap Around the World was a great way to reflect on time for me as it was all about celebrations and what a perfect time to catch up on some Birthday photos.

This photo I love, its on Amelias 3rd Birthday, this is her first doll house, I love the wonder and awe that she had when it came to this photo.

The things I love about this mood board, was the contrasting colours, with the fine little detail.

''3rd Birthday''
Heidi Swapp chipboard sheet & Colour pop banners, Dylusions,
paper bags, AC thickers and glitter tape,  D-lish bow,
Chipboard, tags.

I took the bow off the shoes as a perfect finishing touch. And you cant go past the glitter for a bit of bling.

Love the banners, nothing says a celebration like them. I also took inspration off the presents with the doilies and its details...... shown in the background.

So till next month, which I cant wait to see, thanks for looking.

Good Morning, how are you all? Rikki here today trying not to get blown away with the wild weather over here in Western Australia. Love this weather, winter is finally here and the the rain is the best thing ever. But we aren't here to discuss the weather, today I am sharing with you a quick, fussy cut boy page .

For me I love just adding a little interest with some fussy cut flowers  and lets face it we all have some of them lying around I tend to do a whole sheet of flowers and just use a sandwich bag to store what I don't need for a quick layout later on. Or maybe I am just hoarding? But if hubby asked I am being prepared.....

Molossi Mood Board

Good Morning, Rikki here with another post for the start of  the week. Today I thought I would share with you my interpretation of the Molossi Mood Board. I have to share with you, it was for me a little intimating to do the board as I really enjoyed creating it but then having to translate it and do it justice scared me. But now that I am on the other-side of this I am so beyond happy with the results.

Whenever I start to interpret any mood board challenge, I always look at the colours first, it gives me the perfect start point.

Sawyers Place

Just quick share today, it seems the month has gotten away with me and I havent been too creative of late, I will put it down to the season change, all I want to do is catch up on some reading and watch some tv series I have been missing.

Today I thought I would share with you a vintage layout, I dont tend to do to many of them but from time to time a paper range really calls for a vintage photo. And Sawyers Place Washi tape was the perfect finishing touch to this layout.
