Good Morning I am here with my final layout using the stunning Pinkfresh Studios - Boys Fort for Annas Craft Cupboard.

This one is the final in the series that are just slight tweaks you can go from a graphic style to a mixed media style of layout.

Mixed Media Layout.

#146/365

Add some texture paste through a stencil to make your background allow to dry....

Add your medium - I used a Prima Colorbloom mist in a couple of colours over where the texture paste is....

Add some texture stamps with a coordinating colour.....

Now its about repeating the layering and elements to draw your eye around the page.

" Love " with Annas Craft Cupboard

Good morning I am here with my third layout using the stunning Pinkfresh Studio - Boys Fort Collection for Annas Craft Cupboard.

Today I am introducing the mixed media elements..... You can see by the styling of my last layout and this layout they are the same with a few more elements thrown in.

Graphic Styled Layout - With Mixed Media Elements.

#145/365

To create the start of the messy background cut strips varying in different widths and stick to the center of your page.

Now to make it to start your background , go grab a heap of different background stamps and with a little white ink stamp over your strips and background.....

Layer your photo and backing sheet with foam mount.....

Then you just add your elements to finish your page..... same as the number like the layout before.

As you can remember from my first post I am going to start off layouts in the graphic style and transition into a messy mixed media style. This if you have been scared to try mixed media will hopefully help you.

Graphic Style - With Layers

#144 /365

Keeping in the graphic style the page is designed to draw your eye down the page....

Dont be afraid to add layers with foam mount in your graphic style, this still adds interest the page with out it feeling boring.

Fright Night - Blind Crop

Good morning I am here for Annas Craft Cupboard today to say a big thank you to all those that participated in this month Cyber Crop...... Fight Night. All your work is amazing and we are honored and humbled by your amazing work.

Step 1 : Cut 1 inch ( 2.5 cm) off your pattern paper

Step 2 : stick your pattern paper the now 11xx11 to your 12x12 cardstock making it centered

Step 3 : Create 3 tags from the 6x6 pattern paper. Each tag should be 5 inches x 3 inches (12.5 cm x 7.5 cm).

Step 4: You will be arranging your tags in a line in the centre of your background pattern paper left to right.

Step 5: Stick your tags down with foam mount…… with the first tag stick a doily underneath the bottom left side of the tag.

Step 6: Stick your photo on tags two and three with foam mount. You can either cut your 6x4 in half, keep it whole, use wallet size photos ….. its up to you to make it your own.

Step 7: Decorate your first tag with your ephemera if you don’t have ephemera you can use some fussy cut some pattern paper……

Step 8: Stick a title with your thinkers under the first and second tag….. if you don’t not have thickers you could use a chipboard title, acetate word, alphabet stickers…..

Step 9: Flick your mist on your background around your tags.

Step 10: You can add some twine to your tags or not its your choice….

Step 11: Now make it your own with rhinestones / enamel dots, use your second doily under another tag whatever you feel your layout needs…… maybe a wood veneer or two.
