Good Afternoon how are you on the last day of the month? 

I just love it when a layout comes together and I have to say this was that one and I am in love with it, having some amazing Dusty Attic Chipboard makes it effortless, and by using the bigger pieces means I can use some of 5x7 photo stash.

Summer Lovin'

Good afternoon, so many things to do this fine Monday but first I thought I would share with you todays layout.

 I am sooooo close to kill this Uniquely Creative kit so that is my aim this week, mind you if you can see my desk theres about 4 collections sitting on it with minimum papers more ephemera pieces so the aim is to polish off the month using them, blending them and not putting them back on the shelf.

Ahhhh Sundays are for lazy sleep ins right? Not if you have a creative idea that has kept you awake in the wee small hours and while Hubby is away that means you can get up and just create right with your music blaring...

Dont worry the kids are wayyyyyyyy down the other end of the house and they dont surface till later in the day, I can always have a nap later, right?

Girls Want To Have Fun for Dusty Attic

 Good morning how are you? I am here today with a little hybrid of the two Dusty Attic challenges. Remember you still have time to do either the sketch or mood board or if your feeling extra creative why don't you enter twice, that will give you two chances to go into the draw and what's better than that?

So here's a reminder of the Mood board...

And here is the reminder of the sketch which I rotated so the photos ran down the page.....

Ok where to start... there's a few key Dusty Attic Chipboard pieces that start the layout off and helps work your fussy cut layers in the layout.

Starting off with Door #3, add some foam mount or scrap chipboard to the back so you can add things underneath the door.

Now glue the left hand edge of the Ornate Circle frames to the door it will suspend the frame so you can add things in between the layers.

Add you photo, I used 2 layers worth of scrap chipboard to sit in the frame, this adds another layer.

Now add your fussy cutting.

Add your title to the right hand side of the photo, then add a selection of Grass Clusters around the frame.

Add some Ivy Vines throughout the layers. 

Make a little cluster of Hanging Mason Jars

Add cluster of Broken Bits Honey Comb to your background.

 Good afternoon how are you this Friday arvo? Well we survived another school week, needless to say we are getting a bit tired and the routine is grinding on us but this is normal there will be this feeling around week 7 and then 9 then its a bit push to week 10 and then holidays... 

Omg I cant believe I am already thinking about holidays.

 Good morning how are you? Things that make me happy for sure is a little bit of ink and glitter and maybe a lot of glitter, just makes you feel happy. And of course using all your bits and pieces you collect throughout the year and then hoard for no other reason than maybe you just like to collect pretty little things.

 Am I onto something?
