Step 1) Punch or diecut  a large amount of hexagon shape pieces. Using Mod Podge brush the backs of the hexagon shapes and create you background pattern, once you have the desired look, stick a few hexagons to overlap the first layer to create a second layer in odd places. Once this is dry, use a plastic card and swipe gesso over the hexagons in a random fashion to help create a resist layer for your mists.

Step 2) Mist over your hexagons and with a paint brush, brush over your mists. To blend out sections of colours use your water to achieve that, remembering to dry with each new colour. Do sections of concentrated colour in-between the gaps of your shapes, like the Citron, once this is dry flick black dylusions in a diagonal direction across the hexagon background. 

Step 3) Tear pieces of washi and blend throughout the background, horizontally.  Then add the clear epoxy shapes over the hexagon shapes. Then add your Enamel dots throughout the epoxy shapes in a diagonal direct
