The Perfect Day with Dusty Attic

 Good morning how are you? Welcome to the New Year lets hope this year is every thing you want it to be and you achieve every thing you set your minds to. 

Today I am here to share with you my take on this months stunning moodboard, its all about the ocean vibes and it works so well here in Australia as its summer.

To start off I wanted a texture that had a wave feel to it this is where the Dusty Attic Flourish Stencil comes into play with some texture paste.

So to start off if you feel like your losing it your not!!!! I am back dating some blogging so I can keep track where I am with my projects so sorry if it confuses you but this is the only way I can think to do it. I am going to try and get my 365 going and better than last year. 

And I tend to go through creative bursts, all creating then nothing then I use that time to catch up on blogging....

Good morning how are you? Day two of the #365 a layout a day, and I have to say I am feeling highly motivated , mojo is flowing going, using up collections of papers - so sitting down with a collection and now packing it away after doing one layout - till it is all gone !!!

Foodie wanna be - with Alexandra Renke

Hi long time no speak ? You probably noticed well hopefully you have .....its been a little quite on my blog recently well there has been a reason for that I was lucky enough to get two months off from all my amazing design teams to plan and do my wedding!!! I know right only has taken myself and DH 18 years to get to it but we have. Just something quite and special in our backyard and of course with some amazing family photos which is all I wanted......

So now that that explains my quite blog.... today I am here to share with you a layout using the amazing Kochen collection from Alexandra Renke.

I love this collection but soon realized I needed some amazing foodie photos but I do acknowledge that I am better at eating food than taking amazing photos and recipes so this is where I have teamed up with an amazing local food blogger Sprinkles and Sprouts....

And let me tell you once you go to her blog your mouth will be watering from the amazing range of recipes and photos !!!!

So stay tuned for some recipe cards and some foodie layouts after all it all about the things in life that we should scrap.

Introducing Ubud Dreams for Kaisercraft

I am here today to kick off hopefully a create year with my first Kaisercraft photo tutorial using the stunning Ubud Dreams.

Kaisercraft Products: Ubud Collection: P2235 Telaga |SS330 Sticker Sheet | PP1013 Paper Pad | CT873 Collectables |CB153 Corrugated Cardboard |SB707 Rhinestones - Mint Green 

To start cut the center out of P2235 Telaga and distress the inside edge of the wooden frame. Once that is do use CB153 Corrugated Cardboard to mount the frame to the white cardstock so it sits above the page.

Add your center blue piece on the white cardstock and now you have your background.

Add your photo to the top center of the page with your CB153 Corrugated Cardboard to give you some height, about three layers worth. Then out of the CT873 Collectables find the mint door and cut it in half use some scrap corrugated cardboard and mount three strips on the outer edge, when sticking your doors will be angled under your photo.

From the PP1013 Paper Pad cut out one of the gloss mandala's and add under the center of the bottom of the photo. Complete with a sticker from the SS330 Sticker Sheet.

PP1013 Paper Pad, this sheet has the perfect little elements to add throughout your background.

Layer elements from the CT873 Collectables throughout your layout using CB153 Corrugated Cardboard . To finish off your layout use SB707 Rhinestones - Mint Green throughout your background.
