Hello how are you going? I am here to share with you a labour of love. This art journal page took a massive 9 plus hours to complete and to be honest I still want to go and fiddle with the 

page by adding on more pencil work and more hidden details. 

I love this art journal page and it evolved from making a pencil case,which is a gift, so rather than lose track of my work it was a great way to replicate the art work into my book.

Dirty Pour .......

Good morning how are you all? I am here today to share with you one of the new things that I have been doing.... and you would have seen a lot of this across my Facebook and Instagram page this last week.

I recently taught a series of classes in Acrylic Pour Canvas work - focusing on two different techniques - Dirty Pour and Cell Swipe at the Wise Old Owl.

So I decided to finish it off and make it into a something for my walls at home ..... with a little polymer clay here it is !!!!

Mixed Media Mirror - with Wise Old Owl

Good Afternoon how are you all ? Something different with a later post but I couldnt wait till the morning to share with you so here I am. Today I am sharing something with you which I must admit is a little out of my wheel house, one of those exciting and scary things at the same time.... 

I have been teaching Art Journal at Wise Old Owl for a copy of months and now I have been given the oppourtinty to branch out and teach Mixed Media and Scrapbooking layouts!!!! 

A hub for all things crafty & handmade - workshops, Make & Take opportunities, handcrafted gift range, Buy A Bead, craft supplies, and space to hire. A life-time dream has become a reality with the opening of Wise Old Owl - not just a multicraft online supplies shop but a hub of learning and crafting fun as well!

Owned/Started/Run by a mother & daughter combination of talented and friendly. Frances & Rachel-ann are well supported by their entire family in this endeavour - even if some don't understand the difference between steampunk and shabby chic.

A boring mirror becomes a work of art to frame your beauty with the guidance of Rikki from "Just too Obsessed". 

-2 mirror styles to choose from
-Colour your own paper flowers using Distress Inks & Mists
-Use texture paste to create layering
-adhere gemstones, pearls, bling and other embellishments
-include a word or inspiration statement

No age limit; attendees must be able to use scissors and glue guns safely. Available for adults or children

Annas Craft Cupboard November Mini Challenge

Good morning how are you all? I am here to share with you this months Annas Craft Cupboard Mini Challenge, and this month is all about paint!!!!  So its time to get messy and get creating...

Maybe its time to also pull out some old paper from your stash and give it a little revamp like what I have done with some old Studio Calico.... nothing like a bit of messy fun to revamp it....
