Scrap the Girls - September reveal

Feeling very humble at the moment, and thankful, how good is the new Scrap the Girls design team? and what a reveal for our first post for the new team... Well hopefully we wont disappoint this month, this month we are revealing a sketch challenge for you. I am a huge fan of sketches, especially in times when your lacking mojo or a little time poor.  So why dont you give it a go?

I knew straight away what photos I wanted to do for this sketch and I also wanted to have a little play with gelatos, which I am new to.... I know they have been around for awhile but I have been fighting the urge to buy then and a very generous friend decided that she would be the one to push me that direction with a RAK of some gelatos. Now I am totally addicted and need them all!!!!

Scrap Friends February sketch...

OMG ok this is insane the end of the month... and now for the frantic end of month wrap ups. I must be honest the last couple of weeks I have been suffering a lack of mojo and not of the usual kind but I am really hoping to turn it around this  up and coming Long Weekend (over here in the West).

But while I am trying to do that I would like to share with you my take on this months ScrapFriends February sketch challenge... And if you have any tips on how to find my missing mojo please share!!!!

Scrap FX mood Board Challenge

Scrap Fx has been running some mood board challenges, and I must admit I do struggle with these types of challenges, this one was no exception. Its a stunning mood board and half way though doing my layout I was very, very concerned about I had started to create hence a brain wave of rainbow coloured butterflies. It one of the brightest pieces I have ever done, and I am extremely happy with the results.
