Today I am sharing with you this month Scrap the Girls January Challenge..... and it also marks my final post for the Scrap the Girls Design Team. I have loved my years on the team especially when it came to designing the moodboard and sketches, I have been inspired and humbled to see what you all have created with the challenges. 

Sadly its time to move on and allow some awesomely talented new design team members to inspire you all, but that doesnt mean I wont be playing along from time to time...... everything does have an end date and its my time to set some new scrapping goals.

Rainbow Splendour with a Twist

Good Morning, Rikki here with a couple of layouts to share with you today..... Whats better than Rainbow Splendour on your pages? Combining them with Flourish With A Bling!!!!!

My first layout I would love to share with you is based on this month Birthday mood board. You still have a couple of days to enter, the design team would love to see what you create.

I am a huge fan of Rainbow Splendour Pretty Pins especially the crystal hearts.... its the prefect bit of bling on either a boys or girls page.

Shhhhhhhhh!!! I am sharing a little secret hopefully the boss wont tell me off, but do you love those white glittered leaves? Well for this month sale you will be able to get your hands on them, with the NEW RAINBOW SPRINKLE PACKS - all you need is '' a sprinkle of this and that''.

I love just ''scattering'' bling throughout a flower cluster on a page, the FWAB Adhesive Rhinestones are perfect for that and great value so you can afford to go all out on your page.

The next page was one of those ones that just evolved......

Cant go past the Rainbow Splendour Pretty Pins again but this time something a little more masculine.

One of things I tend to do with FWAB Chloe Pearl Flourish is cut them down into small pieces, to spread throughout the page.

Also I found the white centre on the FWAB Maddison Flower too stark when teaming it up with the RBS Leaf, so I just coloured it with my copic marker to tone it in.

Scrap FX mood Board Challenge

Scrap Fx has been running some mood board challenges, and I must admit I do struggle with these types of challenges, this one was no exception. Its a stunning mood board and half way though doing my layout I was very, very concerned about I had started to create hence a brain wave of rainbow coloured butterflies. It one of the brightest pieces I have ever done, and I am extremely happy with the results.
