Growing Gala

Good morning here with an early one as its an early start today, my son and daughters school has a growing gala today. The have been growing plants/veggies over this term and now they have to bring in there plants to show off there achievements so this means a very careful trip in the car this morning as we dont want anything to happen to these plants or there might be tears.

I am going to share with you my final challenge entry for the Scrap Girls Easter cyber crop and my final using Maggie Holmes Flea Market range. As I said before I managed another 7 layouts out of this range (one more will be revealed next month). I have to say I am very pleased with my efforts and theres only a few bits left, so it might make a little come back at the end of the year to finish off the stash. This layout also marks layout #41 - still behind but very happy with what I have done so far.

Trying to catch up......

Wow where has the week gone? Its been a hectic one, teacher - parent interviews, run the kids here and there where some canvas orders to finish, design team work, Ethan's Birthday and today trying to catch up on the household stuff plus the computer work that needs to be done!!!

Ok while I breathe, today I am going to share with you a layout that I did for a cyber crop over at Scrap Girls Retreat - Easter at Home. I am very proud of my efforts I have to say I might get another one or two challenges done before it closes.... I also managed to nearly finish the Maggie Holmes Flea Market papers and embellishments in my stash too!! ! I think I have about 4 sheets of pattern paper left so thats not a bad effort, mind you that mind go into the pay it forward pile..... I have done a total of 6 more layouts with it.

So starting off with not challenge number one but the first one I really got excited about..... and its been awhile since I have let my Prima Diva play so what a perfect time with this stunning moodboard, so plenty of flowers and even the old resin stash got a work out this time.

Scrap the Girls April Reveal....

Good morning how are you all? Hope you survived Easter and didnt fall into a chocolate coma.... I am here today to kick of the new month with Scrap the Girls challenge reveal this time its a moodboard.  And whats not to love about this moodboard? I must say I did have loads of fun creating it.

The layout was a bit more of a challenge as I dont naturally gravitate to the softer pastel colours, but hey isnt this why we do these challenges?
