Good Morning, how are you all? Rikki here today trying not to get blown away with the wild weather over here in Western Australia. Love this weather, winter is finally here and the the rain is the best thing ever. But we aren't here to discuss the weather, today I am sharing with you a quick, fussy cut boy page .

For me I love just adding a little interest with some fussy cut flowers  and lets face it we all have some of them lying around I tend to do a whole sheet of flowers and just use a sandwich bag to store what I don't need for a quick layout later on. Or maybe I am just hoarding? But if hubby asked I am being prepared.....

Good Morning, Rikki here with another post for the start of  the week. Today I thought I would share with you my interpretation of the Molossi Mood Board. I have to share with you, it was for me a little intimating to do the board as I really enjoyed creating it but then having to translate it and do it justice scared me. But now that I am on the other-side of this I am so beyond happy with the results.

Whenever I start to interpret any mood board challenge, I always look at the colours first, it gives me the perfect start point.

Heart Strings

Good Morning how are you on this fine  Friday, week one of the holidays is nearly over.... maybe flying by too quick but it has allowed me to get a lot of creating time in and also some time spent scrapping my youngest son., just Project Life things for him. 

Today I thought I would share with you one of my travel photos from the time I went to Italy in 1996. I havent done a lot with the album as I want to do it justice and it dont have all the negatives any more. I want to head back there, its on my bucket list, for sure. These photos for me really pull on the heart stings.

Just having a minute

Its getting to be the mad end of the school term... touch Rugby .... Assembly items .... Swimming lessons .... Easter Hat parade !!!! Which then means Easter will be upon us sooner than we know with school holidays arrrghhhh! 

This weeks Molossi share is about what to do when you have journal cards to make your layout, and I dare say with Project Life changing how we scrap its a perfect way to use your left overs.

Good Morning another fabulous Friday , well it is after another hot spell ! Mother nature obviously hasn't got the memo that it is Autumn yet. Today I am sharing a layout over at Molossi, a layout that I love and now is apart of my scrap wall display. Its not my usually arty or fussy cut layouts but it has an elegance to it that I just love ( well at least I think it does).

Hi I am sharing a layout today for Molossi today.
You have seen my creative space last Friday I thought it would be a great idea to get creative and show you what you can do with a lot of flowers. 
Anyone who knows me... knows that I love flowers but not a huge amount... and when I say I don't love a huge amount its more that I haven't learnt yet how to pull off a Prima style layout. I love there layouts but it really baffles me how they can do it. So this week I decided it was time to just evoke a little bit of flower spirit.

Where the magic happens.....

Good morning just a quick post today, TGIF!!! Today I am sharing where the magic happens when I create or where I procrastinate when it doesn't over at the Molossi blog. So for all the close ups and some inside information on how I organise my supplies why dont you head over to Molossi. 

And to share some exciting news Molossi is now stocking the best thing ever invented for those who love mixed media and cant stand the warping that happens when we do it. The days of ironing your layouts flat or mounting them onto some chipboard sheets are over!!!!!

They sell the sheets individual, packs of 10 or 20. If you are like me the 50 pack is the way to go for your bulk needs, and once you have played with it I am sure 50 wont last for long!!!!!

End of the Month wrap up....

Another Friday and we are at the end of the month, just like that!!! This is insane!!! Didn't we just celebrate Christmas? Anyway today I thought I would share with you another layout that I created for Molossi, it was such a fabulous design team kit and with heaps of left overs for the stash and that's not a bad thing.

Today its about creating a hybrid.... mixed media + fussy cutting + layered flowers = hybrid.

Friday and visions of a sleep in ?

Its Friday!!! Friday !!! Friday!!! That means one day to the weekend.... a sleep in... lol now I am cracking myself up... must teach the children how to sleep in then I can. But on a plus side that means creative time.

 

But with it being find I am able to share my layout that was done for Molossi.... and I must say it has gone full on girly, and it was a lot of fun!!!

I am here with another layout hopefully that will inspire you to get messy. This layout is also perfect for those little strips of paper you always seem to have lying around and if your like me you don't want to throw them out but then you feel guilty hoarding little bits.... Well feel guilty no more!!! I am going to show you how to use all the left over bits.

 

 

I am sure you are asking where the left overs are? They have been used to make my background.

 

 

 

How stunning are these flowers? The perfect finishing thing for my layout. Why not give your layout a feature with a stunning Manorhouse Flower or two.

Oh this is exciting my first post for my new design team Molossi..... and what a beautiful kit it was!!! It was worth stalking the postie for sure I was told it was a awesome design team kit and it didn't disappoint at all.
