 Good afternoon well late arvo, but at least I have made todays share for the day, I had such a great day yesterday with my scrap girls, and its always a even better day if you get some layouts done as well. So now to photograph and blog them after I give the table a bit of a clean.

 Good morning how are you? Remember yesterday how I said I have a heap of grab bags with everything cut up ready to go and to make some layouts..... this is one of those again today, its all little left over bits and I must have been going through a shape stage at o
ne point lol.

Remember

Morning, I know I know, you must be getting sick of seeing this 49  & Market collection ARToptions Plum Grove and these fairy photos but they honestly just work with each other and I really have to document the last ever bookweek. 

I spent 12 weeks creating everything for this costume, from twisting 80 metres of wire to make the frame of the wings, then gluing the cello wrap..... then of course the bling on all sides of the wings which mean there were over 10 thousand, YES over I said thousand rhinestones all individually stuck on the wings. 

Thats not including over the ten metres of tulle hand dyed to the right colour, then hand sewing the floral spray over the front.

400 small orange flowers also sewn throughout the tulle layers finished off with coarse with green and clear rhinestones, also individually glued on the skirt. 

Not to mention the tights..... Yes I know I am insane but it was totally worth it to see her face as she started getting her make up done and hair in the morning, thank you Miss Nae for your amazing work that morning. 

So yes it was worth going all out for her last ever bookweek.

Be You Tiful with Craft on the Run

Good morning how are you? I am here today with a late but none the less layout using the amazing Maja Designs - Denim and Girls and we are do a reorder in the New Years so if your interested call the store  Craft on the Run and put your name down. 

This collection has plenty of different papers for any style of scrapping..... its even perfect for simple cut files.

One of my favourite things to do is use my left over strips of paper.... they make a simple but effect background to build your layouts. Just layer them in different lengths, widths and colour combinations.

Now the key to using a lot of bling is to start small clusters of larger things like rhinestones, then going out from there, like using sequins and glitter to build up from there. Also layer the sequins / glitter over the rhinestones too. This completes the clusters of bling.

Need your title to stand out? Add some glossy accents over the title to add a little shine.

The Awesome piece of paper is the pattern that I used to create the swirls on the page, it is a little bit technical to fussy cut but the results are worth it just follow the pattern to get the shapes you want.

Layer washi tape, and chipboard to add small interest points need a rhinestone title, dont forget to add some rhinestones and sequins.

Finish off the layout with some small rhinestones.

 Good morning... see I am doing better with blogging, mind you its going to be a busy week so I hopefully will get some time to create and blogging but we will see. What are you getting up to this week?

Today I am sharing with you two more layouts using the stunning Uniquely Creative collection and the best bit is even if you have bits left over you can add some mixed media and create a new layout.
