Good morning I am here today for Scrapping Clearly with another layout using My Minds Eye - My  Story range. I have decided that for this year I have set myself a task of doing 365 layouts!!! I know insanity!!! 

I have to admit it, my mojo flows best when I have deadlines, and if I don't have these deadlines I tend to do a lot of paper shuffling and not much more. I last year for 2015 did 224 layouts and 37 canvases, so I figured it wasn't too much of a stretch, as long as I do 7 layouts a week....... 

So no more procrastination!!! is all about scrapping the photos I have and to just get on with it instead of worrying about the perfect embellishments or papers, time to re- adjust and re-focus on the photos and the stories that make up our day to day lives.

The Sweetest Thing

Good Morning, how are you going? I am loving this so far, however I am struggling with keeping a time frame that allows me to catch up. 

I just found an awesome app to try and keep me on task its called 30/30 you can set up your task with breaks in between etc. My problem is I think  I am slightly addicted to being online more importantly checking FB every like 10 mins..... especially messenger hear that ding have to go and see what its about. So with the app and my music on I am going to do a layout in 40 mins.... I will pick the range before hand and stick to it!!!! 

How long does it take you to do a layout? I so want to be one of those 30 mins awesome layout kinda gals...... hmmm one day right?

Many Faces

Good morning, dont adjust your eyes you are seeing a slightly blurred photo.... 

I will have to re- take it at one point but at the moment it will do, its all about the massive task to catch up on my Project 365 and about being consistent at it. 

Have you noticed that some of these layouts are including journalling? Well rather than add it later after the blog post is done I decided that it would help with the efficiency of the project, so you will see a lot more and maybe some hidden tags etc.

One in a Million

Good morning, how are you? I am here to share another layout for my 365 layout project and this is going to be out of order till I catch up next month and have a flow with my design team projects and these projects - see I told you it was going to be a  work in progress!!! 

However you will be able to see the number layout down the bottom to keep track and I will fill you all in at the end each month of my tally. As I said in the previous post its all about scrapping all my back log of photos, so the rough way I think I am going to work it is do a couple of layouts out of a range I pull out of my stash, scrap them (then tidy up) then put the remainder of the stash back for another day.  The aim is to turn over a couple of quick -sih layouts without getting bored with the paper, and I have no worries about running out lol...... I am sure there's a few of you all out there too.

Anyone going to join me??????

365 Layouts!!!!

Good morning, how are you? As I explained the other day in my Celebrate post I am doing a project 365 but instead of taking photos of themes, I am doing for layouts. This is in hope to catch up on a huge amount of photos, take are becoming an overwhelming thing in my studio. Its not as simple as stop taking photos , I really wish I could but I cant, I cant miss out on documenting our lives, afterall this is why we are in the hobby. 

I have somewhere over the years got wrapped up with all the pretty things and with that I focus way too much time on getting things perfect!!! And with that perfection it takes a huge amount of time to scrap just a singular layout. I am envious of those who can create a stunning layout in an 1 hr or under, I really need to ''perfect this''. 

This is not saying that I will only create with only my old stuff, that I don't care about the pretty, the new and gorgeous papers out there...... who you kidding?  Its fair to say that I have always had an addiction with paper, stationary and photos, this is something that's apart of my 36 years of living on the planet and to try and turn that off aint going to happen. So rather than try and do that I am going to embrace being more productive, more efficient and focus on the stories with the photos more.

So please join me on this journey, and if you are mention it in the comments I would love to see your journey, maybe we can push each other along when times get hard. At the end of the month I will give you my tally, by all means I might not do the 7 layouts in a week, but I am going to try. Considering I only decided to do this on the 6th January I am already behind lol.

Happy Cake Day

 Good morning I am here  for Scrapping Clearly with another layout using the stunning My Minds Eye - My Story range and I would say in store now, but theres only a few bits of it left, after our huge 50% off sale over the weekend and wow did you all go nuts and shopped up a store!!!! But that being said there are still pieces of this range in store.

Today I am sharing a layout for those who have boys in your life, this is something that I love about this range, the fact that you can do both girl and boy layouts out of the range makes it great value and perfect to have in your stash.

Scrapping Clearly Challenge Reveal

Good morning, I am  here for my first post of the New Year, I hope that you had a great Christmas and New Year. We had a a quite one but that really isnt a bad thing. It allows some time to reflect and reset for the new year.

Today I am sharing with you this months Scrapping Clearly challenge, a nice multiple photo sketch perfect when you cant decide what photos to cull. This month I am working with the stunning My Minds Eye - My Story range.
