Made With Memories....

When I got my kit from Made with Memories I knew instantly what photo would be perfect for this range....

I have been currently doing some of my grandparents photos as a gift for my Mother. The biggest difficulty for me is when I do these photos I want to do them justice... do you have photos that you worry about? when you start creating your layouts.... and do you have any tips that might help?

Have you seen the new Sawyer's Place sticky paper, earlier in the year I shared how to use it for quick invitations, this time I wanted to share how to use it for a quick layout and I do mean quick, just simply cut it out in any shape, peel the backing off and place it where you want it to go, easy!!!

Fancy Pants Elegance....

This marks the last Sunday before the school holidays end and I am on the fence about it, on one side it will be great for the kids to go back so I don't have to hear "I am bored, I am hungry, he was mean to meeeeeeeeeeeeee " but I am not looking forward to the school runs and it has been delightful not because my children sleep in because of the casual starts to the mornings.
Also with the last Sunday it marks my last post and share for the Fancy Pants Trendsetter kit... So I thought I would share with you another boy layout, a nice simple clean layout but very effective and elegant.

Go to Techniques...........

Today I though I would share with you something that I worked on for Scrapbooks from the Hearts,  using the stunning range from Kaisercraft....

Have you ever had a piece of pattern paper that you cant think of what to do with it? well why not try and do a little bit of fussy cutting and paper piecing? I love this paper but the background was just too heavy in colour for me to pull it off on such whimsy fun photos. So I go to my favourite paper crafting technique....... FUSSY CUTTING!!!

Whats your favourite go to technique?
